The Paphos Amathus Beach hotel was our first customer in Cyprus to be equipped with a 10-grid air-o-steam® combi-oven (AOS10EA). To celebrate, a group of Executive Chefs from other 5-star hotels on the island were invited for live demonstrations by Electrolux Food Service Executive Chef Stefano Sangion. The atmosphere was relaxed and the level of interest generated was high.
