Bushido, the new concept in Japanese dining, opens its doors in Bahrain. A fashionable restaurant, part of the famous George V Group (also owner of the Buddha Bar), equipped with innovative kitchen solutions realized by Molteni.
Designed as a modern adaptation of ancient Japan, the Bushido’s décor is most impressive: from the Japanese landscaped gardens, to the vast interiors decked out in authentic-looking Samurai paraphernalia, it is a very memorable showcase.
For this impressive venue, Molteni realized new innovative kitchen solutions, made-to-measure stoves expressly designed according the customer’s requests:
2 Teppan Yaki cooking stations
The complete top of this unit is a cooking function. The cooking surface is 3 m x 0,60 m. This stove has a 25 mm thick special top for a greater heat distribution.

1 Barbecue station
A newly designed of professional 3m long barbecue! On the worktop the Chef has a charcoal or wood grill, some wells for spices and spaces for bottles (seasonings). Underneath the grill, there are refrigerated drawers to store fresh . It is an independent system that allows to store and cook directly in front of the customer.
