From a dilapidated farmhouse dated 1700 to a wonderful location for artistic promotions at 360°. And so is born "Dondolando Arte"(Cremona, Italy), which will be inaugurated next March.
It is not designed as the classical art gallery but as a magical place where events can be organized “ad hoc” during the show periods. A place where the guests can get in touch with the artist and with his world and where, between a reading and a stage performance, they can taste the delicacies prepared by the chef on a beautiful red Molteni stove.
In this magical environment, the expressive forms of art are able to interact with each other creating a path between lights, images, tastes and emotions.
All details have been thought through, even in the kitchen where, the main actor, is a made-to-measure Molteni stove fitted with a gas pasta cooker, 4 open burners under stainless steel grids and an ecotop.

The rest of the appliances are furnished by Electrolux Professional: a ventilated ceiling, a cook&chill tower (6 grids combi oven on top of a blast chiller) and made-to-measure preparation equipment following the aesthetics of the Molteni stove.
