Electrolux Professional recently returned from the 2010 NRA Show in McCormick Place, Chicago, Illinois.
The Electrolux booth displayed a wide range of foodservice equipment, each part of the Electrolux GREEN SPIRIT product range, which provide significant savings in gas and electricity consumption, as well as a reduction in carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitrogen oxide (NoX) emissions.
The NRA Show attracted more than 58,000 registrants – a six percent increase over 2009 – from 120 countries, up from 107 countries in 2009. Approximately 1,700 exhibitors, covering more than 480,000-square-feet, showcased the most innovative new products and services on the market today.
Electrolux Professional showcased a strong portfolio of innovative cooking products.
The focus of the booth was on cooking appliances, maninly:
the air-o-steam Touchline, the new combi oven that offers three cooking modes - automatic, programs and manual – to provide maximum flexibility to the operator. It also offers a user-friendly High Definition Touch Screen featuring 262,000 colors, 30 languages, and internationally-recognized icons and food images.
The EM-Series Restaurant Range that includes charbroilers, griddles, ovens, cooktops and refrigerated bases. They were designed to be both powerful and flexible, while saving energy at the same time.

The HSG panini grill . It outperforms any standard sandwich grill by taking a sandwich from 4°C to a perfect toasting with a core temperature of 60°C in less than 60 seconds, complete with grill marks for an appetizing appearance.
The Executive Chef Sean Lucas and Certified Chef Claudio Ferrer put on a great culinary experience for all our visitors.
