The Innovation Center is a special place realized by Electrolux Professional to offer the best hospitality, education and information services.
Seminars for catering professionals, equipment demonstrations and in-depth examinations with the Electrolux Chefs, are just some of the activities dedicated to the about 6,000 guests that visit the center every year.

The Innovation center was first created in 2000. In 2006, the showroom was transformed to better suit the customer-oriented focus in the overall professional laundry and foodservice industry.

THE SHOWROOM
The showroom was set up when the Company decided to focus on different target markets and offer a personalized service. The showroom has all the equipments of different brands displayed for clients’ viewing.
All the equipment must respect three basic points:
- Hygiene
- High Performances (Best results, highest savings cost & highest quality)
- Sustainability (Energy savings and Innovation)
Gourmet Zone: area dedicated to Molteni, a prestigious International brand for high end made-to-measure stoves to meet the specific needs of the customers.
High Capacity Zone: area dedicated to Hotels, B2Bs and Canteens and for whoever needs high capacity production. Products shown: full ovens range and cook&chill, thermaline solutions (C90 & S90 cooking blocks), Elco 700 HP & Elco 900 island cooking suites.
Health Care Zone: area dedicated mainly to Hospitals and Nursing homes.
Products shown: thermaline braising and boiling pans, Meal distribution System, dynamic preparation products.
Quick Service Zone: area dedicated to fast food, kiosk and quick service restaurants in general. Shown products: libero solutions, dynamic preparation products and HSG panini grill.
Dishwashing Zone: a dishwashing area where the full range from single tanks to multi tanks are shown.
Zanussi Zone: ideal area for traditional restaurants.
Products shown: N900 cantilever cooking suite, N700 & 900 island cooking suite, full range of ovens and blast chillers, Pizza counter, dishwashing solutions.
Laundry Zone: fabric care from barrier washer and tumble dryers to equipments for finishing and ironing.
LIVE DEMONSTRATION KITCHEN

Electrolux Training kitchen: a Theatre kitchen used for live demonstrations and trainings. Its core features are the Electrolux branded S90 Cooking Suites with air-o-systems and the dishwasher.
Seating Capacity of 80 people.
Zanussi training kitchen: a fully equipped medium size kitchen suite branded Zanussi. N900 Cooking suites.
Seating capacity of up to 35 people.
High capacity kitchen: a kitchen for close-up viewing demonstrations. Its core feature is the thermaline braising pan and the Electrolux branded focus on high capacity production.
Zanussi restaurant kitchen: an open-kitchen concept, Zanussi branded with a seating capacity of up to 20 people.
Quick Serivce Restaurant concept for quick and convenient foods.
It is lined with N900 Cooking Suite and with the Zanussi hoodtype.
CONFERENCE ROOM
Sand Room: A fully equipped Conference room to hold up to 40 people.
CANTEEN AND DINING ROOM
Canteen: Provides 1000 meals per day in 3 rounds from 11.45hrs to 13.30hrs
Products shown: self Service, free flowing Island and state-of-the-art cooking equipments with transparent glass windows for live viewing. Waste Management System in the back room.
Restaurant: Seating Capacity of up to 80 people.
VIP Restaurant: Small exclusive dining room for small groups (up to 10 people).
